In response to the coronavirus pandemic, our hotels are adapting to meet new health and safety concerns. Hotel managers and staff are taking extra precautions to improve guest and employee health and safety. Some things that guests would normally enjoy are now either closed or restricted. For the safety of our guests and staff, hotel pools will be closed and exercise rooms are restricted to two guests at a time.
As extra precautions, we have changed our breakfast's to a grab and go breakfast • To ensure the safety of customers and staff, cleaning is one of the hotels' top priority, which is why housekeeping is only done upon request and deep cleaning the room comes when the guest checks out.
• Mandatory protective gear for all employees, including gloves and masks, which will be provided by Custer Hospitality.
• Social distancing guidelines, outlined by signage and enforced by employees, to ensure the appropriate distance between employees and guests.
• Sanitization of areas and surfaces in the store before and after each check-in.
