We have five exciting travel shows coming up in 2026, and we’re offering you a chance to volunteer and help us promote the Black Hills and Badlands at these events! We already have one volunteer signed up for one of the shows, and we’d love to have more of you join in on the fun.

 

As a volunteer, your travel to the event will be covered if you choose to ride with our staff member. You will be responsible for your hotel and food expenses. We can assist with booking your hotel, and we often secure group rates for accommodations. Additionally, volunteers will enjoy the following incentives:

  • If you purchased the travel show package to promote your business at the travel shows, you’ll receive two months of Run-of-Site banner placement of your choice on our website, a $700 value.
  • If you didn’t purchase the travel show package, your incentives will include one month of Run-of-Site banner placement for the month of your choice, plus the opportunity to bring your brochure to the show—also a $700 value.
  • You will also receive a digital coupon on our coupon’s webpage for one year, a $225 value.

 

We’re looking for one volunteer per show and we will take volunteers on a first come first serve basis. Here are the upcoming travel shows with spots still available for volunteers:

  • January 16th to the 18th - Minnesota Sports Resort, Lodge & Outdoor Show, Shakopee, MN
  • January 28th to the 31st - The Ultimate RV Show, Denver, CO
  • March 12th to the 15th - Sioux Empire Sportsmen's Boat, Camping & Vacation Show, Sioux Falls, SD
