Since their humble beginnings out in the Panhandle town of Lubbock, Texas, Flatland Cavalry has embraced their surroundings and rural West Texas roots. They’ll be bringing their brand of Southern Country to the Deadwood Mountain Grand Event Center on Saturday, May 14th.

We have raised over $5,000 in donations from hot air balloon rides, tethers, and other balloon related raffles. We need to raise another $7,000 in order to fully fund the mural project. So, we are having another University Mural Fundraiser!

The Custer Area Chamber of Commerce is again sponsoring the Annual Sound of Silence Tesla Rally, where $5 million in cars make a road trip to Custer, South Dakota. The 2022 event is the eighth rally and still the only one of its kind in the United States.

The Beer N Bones Rib Cook off hosted in conjunction with Fruhlingsfest. This event will be held Saturday, May 21, 2022 starting at 8:45am MST and ending at 5:00 pm MST.

Proud members of the CIF (Champions Indoor Football), the Rapid City Marshals will compete with opponents from all over the upper-Midwest down through Texas in a 12 game season (6 home games) starting in March of 2022.
