The Black Hills and Badlands come to life in the summer season. With wildflowers in bloom and our favorite trails open for hiking and biking, those seeking adventures will find endless opportunities in our neck of the woods.
The longer days and warmer weather welcome outdoor concerts, lively street festivals and Wild West rodeo action throughout the region. Read on for a taste of the many events that make the Black Hills and Badlands a go-to destination all summer long.

Join us at Harley-Davidson Rally Point every Wednesday evening during June and July for the 2022 Music on Main Summer Event Series. You will find a little something for everyone in the family. Kids will love the free bounce house and several new attractions!
Join us for a rockin’ good time at Outlaw Square Wednesday evenings this summer! Free, live music starts at 6:30 pm each week featuring local and regional acts of all styles and genres. Bring your chairs or blankets and grab a good seat for this family friendly night of music.

In 1926 Homestake Mining Company threw a party to celebrate 50 years of mining called the Golden Jubilee. In memory of that amazing event along with the specactular celebrations they threw we now organize the Gold Camp Jubilee event.

Hills Alive is a free summer music festival held the third weekend in July in Memorial Park, Rapid City, featuring many of today’s best Christian artists over two days. There is also a kids area with a bouncy village and children’s activity tent.
A beer stock exchange and tasting alley will be set up at Main Street Square’s 12th annual Bierbörse, a German beer, and cultural celebration, on Saturday, July 23rd, from 1 to 5 p.m., presented by A&B Business Solutions, Coors Light, and Vast Broadband.
