Kadoka is a friendly town with many advantages to offer I-90 travelers such as reasonable rates and easy access to visitor services. Full-Service with recreation, camping, dining, lodging, distillery, city bar, boutiques, post office, churches, library, hardware store, and more.

Spend some time exploring our area. The Depot Museum located at the south end of Main St., tells the story of Kadoka’s beginning as a railroad town in 1906. A drive south on SD Hwy 73 provides a scenic view of the beautiful badlands basin and surrounding ranch land. Incredible Metals, a metal art studio, is on Hwy 73, 14 miles south of Kadoka. Further south you can turn west on Hwy 44 for a drive through the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.

Relax at the city’s swimming pool, have a picnic in the park or play a round of golf on our unique sand green golf course. Be sure to visit Badlands National Park, just 20 minutes away on I-90. You’ll find a Visitor Center, interpretive trails to explore and many other opportunities for hiking.
