Angostura Hours & Fees
Angostura is open year-round, 24 hours per day. A State Park entrance license is required: $6 per day, per vehicle or $28 for an annual pass.

Angostura Recreation Area is located 10 miles southeast of Hot Springs off US Hwy. 385/18.
Services
Four campgrounds offer a variety of camping opportunities along the reservoir’s shores. Cascade (in the north unit) and Horsehead (in the south unit) are the largest of the four. Cheyenne (in the north unit) and Hat Creek (in the south unit) are smaller campgrounds. The four campgrounds have a total of 169 sites with 150 having electrical hookups. 7 wheelchair accessible sites are also available. Showers, water and two dump stations are available. Cost is $12 for non-electrical sites and $16 for electrical sites. Campgrounds are open May to September. Reservations can be made up to 90 days prior to arrival (800) 710-2267.
Eight camping cabins overlook the reservoir. Two are wheelchair accessible. The cabins are available year-round. Each cabin sleeps four people. Cost is $35 per night. Reservations can be made up to 90 days prior to arrival (800) 710-2267.
Angostura Resort Management provides concessionaire services to the park through a marina with three locations and 155 boat slips, a beach club, six rental lodges with outdoor pool and a full service floating convenience store in the marina.
Food, gas, lodging and camping are also available in the gateway community of Hot Springs.
